Jen is a passionate, enthusiastic registered yoga teacher and nutritionist with almost a decade of practice experience. She began her career as a nutritionist in 2010 in New York where she has worked with numerous clients to help them achieve their best state of health through good nutrition and applying a healthy lifestyle. She has experience in weight management, disease prevention, health and wellness, medical nutrition therapy and sports nutrition for both adults and children, but currently, her focus is on holistic/integrative nutrition.
Around the time Jen became a nutritionist, she also began to practice yoga. Her love of yoga shone through from the first class she attended. She had found her passion and purpose and wanted to share it with the world. In 2016, Jen received her RYT-200 training and immediately began teaching classes.
Jennifer believes that good nutrition combined with yoga practice and meditation is the key to both a healthy body and state of mind. She believes that both feeding your body whole, nutritious foods stemming from nature and practicing yoga will nourish not only the body but also the mind, in turn rejuvenating the soul, creating the best version of you! It all starts from the inside out.
Jennifer holds a MS degree from Stony Brook University as well as a BS degree in Nutrition Science from Long Island University at CW Post and a BA degree in sociology from Stony Brook University. Jennifer recently moved to Brickell from New York. She enjoys a peaceful life, enjoys being physically active, loves taking long walks with her dog, practicing yoga and creating colorful and delicious meals for herself and loved ones. She is happy to be able to bring her experience and knowledge to Miami, Florida.
